We are certified by the Home Builders Association of Grand Traverse Area and
have the knowledge and commitment to make yours an environmentally friendly construction
project. We continually learn about new materials, best practices, and findings produced
through building science, to stay in the forefront of this field.
Home Maintenance:
We offer full support of home maintenance services but pride ourselves in looking
beyond the obvious issue to see if there is something more that may be causing it.
Careful consideration of many home maintenance projects can lead to cost saving solutions,
often eliminating the future maintenance expense. Is your house due for exterior
paint? Then maybe it’s time to consider new siding. Does the winter ice pull your
gutters down and damage your shingles? Let us evaluate your attic insulation and
ventilation. Do your windows condensate and mold? Sometimes it’s the windows and
other times it’s your indoor air quality.
The Custom Shop:
When your project needs a custom solution and craftsmanship not available through
a production facility, or just a special one of a kind piece, we can do it! We are
a fully equipped woodworking facility with access to local hardwoods as well as some
hand select native gems like black walnut, red elm, quarter sawn oak, curly, wormy
and birds’ eye maple. We can create that unique countertop, cabinet, wine rack, or
stairway of your dreams.
